I built this site because I got tired of reading reviews written by people who clearly hadn't touched the product.

I've owned a 2020 Silverado 1500 for the past four years. I've installed bed covers, running boards, toolboxes, air compressors, wiring harnesses, and enough LED light bars to light up a football field. Some of it worked great. Some of it broke within a month. I started writing down what I learned so I wouldn't forget — and figured other truck owners might find it useful.

Every review on this site is based on something I've actually used, installed, or broken. I don't write about products I haven't touched. I don't pretend to be a professional mechanic — I'm just a guy with a truck, a toolbox, and strong opinions about bed liners.

I also run a few other sites about different topics — indoor plants, personal finance, health calculators, and real estate. They're all run by the same person (me). No editorial teams, no review boards, no fake credentials. Just one person who likes learning things and writing them down.
