Installed a $180 soft tonneau on my 2020 Silverado — hardware bag was short 2 clamps

Bought a mid-tier soft tri-fold for the 2020 Silverado 1500 5'8" bed on July 12 ($180 shipped, Amazon-fulfilled). Install rated 20 minutes, no drilling. I hit 22 minutes — good — except the driver-side rear clamp bracket wasn't in the hardware bag. Seller shipped a replacement in 2 days after I emailed a photo of the parts sheet.

Two takeaways for anyone about to click 'Buy Now' on a soft tonneau: (1) open the hardware bag first, count against the paper diagram before you touch the panels — much easier to get a replacement before the box goes to recycling; (2) the rubber weather seal ships folded — let it sit flat 24 hours before install or it kinks at the corners and leaks in the first rain.
